9Sixteen Apparel is an independent online store for graphic clothing, caps and drinkware. Nothing is printed until someone orders it, and every parcel leaves with tracking.

The shop in brief

We opened for orders in 2026. The name comes from a measurement, nine-sixteenths of an inch, the kind of small figure a cutting table is full of, and it sums up how we like to work: check the details, then commit. The catalog mixes clean typographic pieces with illustrations about hobbies, animals, sports seasons and ordinary days. Every design stays a file on a server until a customer picks it; only then does it become a shirt, a hoodie, a cap or a mug.

Three working rules

• Measurements before promises. Each product page carries a size table for that exact style, plus fiber content and wash instructions, so you can decide with numbers in front of you.
• Images labeled for what they are. Our listing pictures are mockups produced by software. We note that on each listing, along with how the delivered piece can differ from the picture.
• Support in writing. A person on our team answers email, which leaves you with a dated record of anything we agree.

The route of an order

1. Checkout. Your payment clears and the order enters our queue, not yet printed.
2. Production. Our print partner applies the artwork to the blank you chose, inspects the result and packs it.
3. Hand-off. The parcel is collected by a carrier; its tracking number goes to your inbox.
4. Arrival. How long transit takes depends on the destination; the figures are on our Shipping Policy page.

Edits and cancellations are open for 6 hours after checkout, unless printing starts first (details). Anything that turns up damaged, misprinted or not as ordered falls under our Return & Refunds Policy.

Notes on images, fabric and fit

• Mockups. Software places the artwork on a picture of the blank. Real print position may move slightly, and every screen renders color its own way.
• Fabric. Our blanks are not uniform across the catalog; fiber and care therefore live on each product page, never as a store-wide claim.
• Fit. Each garment style has a dedicated table; all of them sit together on our Size charts page.

Site history

The 9sixteenapparel.com domain was first registered years before this shop existed. Until 2026 it pointed to a website run by a different apparel business that traded under the same or a similar name. The current owner acquired the domain name in 2026 and built this store from scratch. We did not purchase that business and we are not affiliated with it or with anyone behind it. None of its products, artwork, customer accounts, orders, gift cards or store credit came to us, we cannot look up or complete orders placed there, and reviews or social posts about that business are not about this shop.
