These terms apply to your use of 9sixteenapparel.com and to every purchase from 9Sixteen Apparel. Please read them before ordering.

Acceptance
9Sixteen Apparel sells goods that are produced only after an order is placed. This document is a binding agreement between 9Sixteen Apparel and you; by browsing the site or buying, you accept it, and our Privacy Policy too. You must be of legal age in your place of residence to buy, or buy with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Products and order acceptance
- Items are produced after checkout. Website images are mockups; the finished item may vary slightly in print placement or appearance.
- The sale is concluded once our order confirmation email is sent. Before shipment we may decline an order, for instance if a price or description was published by mistake, fraud is suspected, or no carrier serves the address; declined orders are refunded in full.
- Size selection is your responsibility. Please consult the Size Chart and product details first.
Prices and payment
We list prices in U.S. dollars and can revise them whenever necessary; an order already placed keeps its original price. The whole amount is charged at checkout by a method from our Payment Methods list, and shipping is displayed before you confirm. Sales tax, when it applies, sits on its own line at checkout ahead of payment. Duties and import taxes on international deliveries are the recipient’s to pay on arrival.

Timelines, rates and carriers are documented in our Shipping Policy. Treat any delivery date we quote as an estimate.
Edits, cancellations and refunds
Two separate documents apply here. Changes made before printing: the Cancellation & Modification Policy. Claims after delivery: the Return & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual property
Without written consent from us, nobody may copy or reuse the 9Sixteen Apparel name, logo, artwork, images, text or site design. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A rights holder with a concern can write to [email protected] or follow the DMCA Reports procedure; we look at each complaint.
Earlier use of this domain
The current owner acquired the 9sixteenapparel.com domain name in 2026 and has operated 9Sixteen Apparel on it since then. We are not affiliated with any person or business that used the domain before, including one that sold apparel under this name or a close variant, and we did not acquire that business. Anything issued during that earlier use (an order, a customer login, a promo code, a gift card, credit or any balance) is not honored here, and we accept no responsibility for them.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Interfering with how it runs, probing for data that is not yours, and placing fraudulent orders are all prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Where the law allows, we supply the website and our goods “as is”. We are not answerable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our exposure on a claim tied to an order is capped at the sum you paid for it. Nothing here removes consumer rights that the law says cannot be waived.
Law and venue
the law of whichever U.S. state 9Sixteen Apparel is formed in, together with any federal law that applies governs these terms, and conflict-of-law rules pointing elsewhere do not apply. Raise concerns with us first, since email resolves the great majority of them. A dispute that remains open after that belongs exclusively before the courts, state or federal, that sit in the state where 9Sixteen Apparel is formed, except where the law of your state or country entitles you to bring it elsewhere.Revisions
These terms change from time to time. Each order is bound by the version, and effective date, published here at the moment it was placed.
