Ceramic mugs
Our mugs are glazed ceramic, printed on one or both sides as the listing photos show. Capacity is given in ounces on each page. Ceramic mugs are generally safe in the microwave; check the listing to confirm.
Insulated tumblers
Tumblers are typically double-walled stainless steel with a lid (the listing describes it), made to keep coffee hot or iced drinks cold for longer than a mug can. Do not microwave stainless tumblers.
Washing
Hand wash with a soft sponge for the longest-lasting print. Avoid abrasive pads and long soaks. If a listing says dishwasher safe, the top rack is the gentlest choice.
About the images
Photos are mockups that show how the artwork sits on the surface. Because the print wraps a curve, part of the design turns out of view from any single angle.
Cracks, chips and misprints
If a mug or tumbler turns up broken or with a flawed print, our support inbox needs the order number and a photo before 30 days pass from delivery; then we ship a new one or refund it, per our Return & Refunds Policy.
