Hooded or crewneck
On the hoodie you get a hood with an adjustable cord plus a kangaroo pocket across the front. The crewneck sweatshirt drops the hood and finishes the collar, cuffs and waistband in ribbed knit, which keeps it neat under a jacket or over a collared shirt.
Check the fleece row, not the tee row
Fleece patterns are wider and a little longer than tee patterns, and the ribbed cuffs and hem draw in slightly. Measure a sweatshirt you like the same way you would a tee, chest width and body length, and compare against the hoodie or crewneck entry in the size charts. For layering over a thick shirt, many people go one size up.
Keeping fleece soft
Wash inside out in cold water and skip fabric softener, which can dull the print. Tumble dry low or lay flat. Pilling on the inside face is normal for brushed fleece and does not count as a defect.
When we make it right
A hood seam that has come apart, a print that is smeared, or the wrong size in the box are covered. Write to us with a picture within 30 days of delivery; our returns policy explains the reprint or refund choice.
